For new Google Play developer accounts
We publish your app on Google Play, then transfer it to your account.
Send us your app bundle and store listing. We upload it from our developer account and get it through review. After Google approves it, we transfer it to your developer account.

Transfer to you
After approval we send the transfer to your account. You accept it in Play Console within 24 hours.
Before you order
- You have your own Google Play developer account, with identity verification complete. This is where the app will be transferred.
- Your app is a release-signed Android App Bundle (.aab) with a package name that has never been used on Google Play. Files can be up to 100 MB each. If your .aab is larger, contact us first.
- You keep your upload keystore. You need it to publish updates after the transfer.
- You have a public privacy policy URL.
- You have a 512×512 icon, a 1024×500 feature graphic and at least 2 phone screenshots.
- You have the transaction ID or verification code for your developer account. Google needs it for the transfer. Search your inbox for “developer registration fee” (transaction ID) or “Your new Play Console account verification code”.
- Your app contains no ads. Remove all ad SDKs; you can add them back after the transfer.
- Financial and health apps: you have complete documentation (licences, regulatory status).
- Your app is made for ages 16–17 and/or 18+. We don't accept apps for younger users.
- Your app uses no special permissions that need a declaration or video (SMS, call log, background location, all-files access, foreground services, accessibility…).
- We do not accept government apps.
Important
Payment is taken when you submit your app. If we refuse your app, we refund you in full. If Google rejects it, there is no refund. You can fix the problem and resubmit for $20.
After approval we send the transfer. If you do not accept it within 24 hours, the app will be deleted and you will need to place a new order.
We do not accept apps that break Google Play policies or the law.
FAQ
How long does it take?
We usually upload within 1–2 business days after payment. Google decides how long review takes, usually a few days, sometimes longer. We cannot speed it up.
What if Google rejects my app?
We tell you why. The fee is not refunded when Google rejects an app. Fix the problem, then upload the fixed version from your tracking page and pay $20. We resubmit it for review.
What if you refuse my app?
We check every order before uploading. If we refuse your app (for example because it breaks our rules), we refund your payment in full.
Can I check whether my package name is free?
Yes. Click "Check availability" next to the package name on the order form. We check Google Play for a published app with that name. Names used by unpublished or removed apps can't be seen from outside, so Play Console makes the final check when we create your app.
How do I accept the transfer?
When the transfer is sent, we email you. Sign in to Play Console with the developer account you gave us and accept the pending app transfer request. You have 24 hours.
Where do I find my developer account ID?
Open Play Console. The number in the address bar after /developers/ is your developer account ID.
Can I update the app after the transfer?
Yes. Once it is in your account, you publish updates yourself with the same upload key you used to sign the bundle you sent us.
