Terms of Service
These terms apply to every order placed on AppBridge Publishing.
1. The service
We upload the Android app you supply ("your app") to Google Play from our developer account and submit it for review. If Google approves it, we start an app transfer to the Google Play developer account you name in your order. The service ends when the transfer is accepted, rejected, or expires.
2. Fee and payment
The service fee is $75 USD per app. You pay in full when you submit your app. We start work only after payment.
3. Refunds and resubmission
If we refuse your app (for any reason, including breaking these terms), we refund the payment for that submission in full.
In every other case the fee is not refunded, including when:
- Google rejects, suspends or removes your app;
- you do not accept the transfer within 24 hours;
- the transfer cannot be completed because of your account (for example, it is unverified, restricted or closed).
Resubmission: if Google rejects your app, you may upload a fixed version from your tracking page. Each resubmission costs $20 USD, paid in advance, and follows the same refund rules.
4. Transfer
We start the transfer only after Google approves your app. We email you and update your tracking page when it is sent. You must accept the transfer in Play Console within 24 hours. If you do not, we will delete the app from our account, and it cannot be restored or transferred later.
5. Your responsibilities
- You own your app and all its content, or you have permission to publish it.
- Your app follows the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the law.
- The information you give us is correct, including your developer account ID, store listing, privacy policy and data-safety answers.
- You keep your signing and upload keys safe. We do not supply or recover keys.
- Your app contains no ads or ad SDKs when you submit it. You may add ads after the transfer, and you must then update the Ads and Data safety declarations yourself.
- If your app has financial or health features, you provide complete and valid documentation (licences, registrations, regulatory status).
5a. Apps we do not accept
- Apps that contain ads or ad SDKs.
- Apps whose target audience includes anyone under 16.
- Apps using permissions that need a Google Play declaration or demo video (for example SMS, call log, background location, all-files access, foreground service types, accessibility, VPN, install packages, exact alarms, full-screen intents, photo/video access, Health Connect).
- Apps developed by or on behalf of a government.
- Financial or health apps without complete documentation.
- Apps that break Google Play policies or the law.
6. Our rights
We may refuse any app we believe is harmful, illegal, infringing, or against Google Play policies. Google decides whether an app is approved. We do not promise approval or any timeline.
7. Your files
We use your files only to provide this service. We may delete them after the order is finished.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the fee you paid for it.
9. Not affiliated with Google
AppBridge Publishing is an independent service and is not affiliated with Google LLC.
