This form follows the same steps as Google Play Console. Answer every question accurately, because we copy your answers into Play Console exactly as you give them. You pay $75 on the next screen.

Google asks for these details when we send the transfer. If they are wrong, the transfer fails.

Once published, a free app can never be changed to paid.

Instructions to reach the restricted parts

Apps must be submitted without ads. We declare "No ads" on Google Play. We scan your .aab for ad SDKs (AdMob, Meta, Unity Ads, AppLovin…) and refuse it if we find any. You can add ads yourself after the transfer.

7. Declarations & agreement The app contains no ads and no ad SDKs. I can add ads myself after the transfer. The app uses no special permissions that need a declaration or video (SMS/Call log, background location, all-files access, foreground services, accessibility, VPN, install packages, exact alarms, full-screen intent, photo/video access, Health Connect…). The app is not developed by or on behalf of a government. The app meets the Google Play Developer Program Policies. I accept US export laws: the app may be subject to United States export laws, I have complied with them (including rules for software with encryption), and the app is authorized for export from the US. I own this app (or have permission to publish it), and every answer in this form is true and complete. I have read and accept the Terms of Service. I understand the fee is paid now. It is refunded only if you refuse my app. If Google rejects it there is no refund, and resubmitting costs $20. I understand the transfer is sent only after approval, and I must accept it within the time limit or the app will be deleted.
